Who We Are
OBA is an organization of paid staff and volunteers comprised of teachers and college graduate leaders and counselors who are dedicated to serving urban youth in need, and that’s a benefit to any donor. As we utilize volunteers, funds that are donated to OBA can be stretched farther to reach an increasing number of kids in need.
Our board and lead staff exemplify the highest level of professionalism and a commitment to serving underserved youth and their families with purpose, compassion and stewardship. The following people lead OBA.
